Shipping and Returns

How are items shipped?

Sparklefly Candle Company currently ships to the U.S and Canada.  If you would like to order our products and live in a country that is not mentioned, please reach out to us and let us know.
We ship Monday through Wednesday during warm weather months (April - Sept) via Priority Mail. You may also opt to upgrade your shipping to include ice packs to help prevent melting for an additional $5. charge.

All candles and jarred Sparkle Stones are packaged in black and gold foil gift box and shipped wrapped in black and white recycled tissue paper.

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service. We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery as long as the product is in original condition. Shipping fees will not be returned. Due to the nature of the products, returns are not available for used items but we will do everything possible to remedy any problem that may arise. Sparklefly Candle products are designed to bring joy into your home and that is our ultimate goal. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
